    Because we living a small room with terrible air conditions so that we can not sleep well, not doing well on work, mental trance. It's a small room which next to a small restaurant, We can smell the kitchen fumes very clearly everyday. At beginning, we bought some diffusers, but it's not strong enough to work. Then we found the professional scent machine. It changed our life, we got the better sleeping, better mood, better mental state.

No Diffusion?

1. This scent air machine diffuses intermittently. It will work for serval seconds, then pause, and work again.

2. Check the Power.

3. Replace the oil with rubbing alcohol and run it through for 5 mins.

Oils Leaking?

1. The bottle is loose. Screw it in properly, straight and tight.

2. Seal is broken or missing. Ask us for the replace seal or accessories.

Why there is little or no spray coming out?

1. The atomization head is blocked. Clean the machine by running rubbing alcohol.

2. Diffuser core with straw is missing or damaged.

3. Pump may be damaged.

3. You can choose the bluetooth Mode. It's more stable than wifi mode.
